The customer (client) (User of Service) agrees that Ron’s Process Service agrees to follow the Rules of Civil Procedure which maintains jurisdiction over the legal proceedings and issued the court documents Ron’s Process Service will attempt service of process upon.

Ron’s Process Service will adhere to the directive regarding frequency of service/time intervals which is published at Ron’s Process Service

Ron’s Process Service will make 5 Attempts:

1 Attempt Early Morning (7:00-8:30 AM)
1 Attempt Morning (8:31-11:59 AM)
1 Attempt Afternoon (12:00-6:30 PM)
1 Attempt Evening (6:31-9:45 PM)
1 Attempt Weekend (any time)

First Attempt  will be performed the next day after receiving documents. Additional attempts made every other day. Affidavit/Return of Service/Return of Non Service completed within two business day. A GPS Photo along with service notes will be emailed to your office on the first attempt and on the final or successful Service of Process.

If  the address is out of Pima County, Ron’s Process Service will make three (3) attempts at the address provided for the agreed upon fee of service.

Clients must make payment on the website with credit card before the first attempt of service is completed, typically 48 hours, or prior payments have been agreed with Ron’s Process Service.

Ron’s Process Service is a member of Arizona Process Servers Association (APSA) as well as National Association of Private Process Servers (NAPPS) and follows the Code of Conduct By the Arizona Superior Court Section 7-204.

This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for (ronsprocessservice.com). This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this website. It will notify you of the following:

What personally identifiable information is collected from you through the website, how it is used and with whom it may be shared.  Your name, billing address, business address, city, state, zip code, phone number, email address.  Credit card (only the last four are shown/identified with the exception to the financial institutions), expiration date, security code #.  Ron’s Process Service does use the business address, phone number, email address, as part of regular business.  The email you provide during the input of credit card information/payment processing is only used to provide you with a receipt.  Ron’s Process Service does not sell or transfer any information to any other party or organization, with the exception of Authorize.net, Total Merchant Concepts, Inc., and both organizations have policy in place to not sell or transfer any information received in the credit card processing step.  Exception to the financial institutions associated with the credit card processing transaction. The legal documents that are the core business purpose are covered by the jurisdiction of the issuing court, and are served to the individuals or entities they are intended for and to. The information contained in the legal documents, are not for public disclosure by Ron’s Process Service, and only the contents of the legal documents can be disclosed by the parties directly involved in the court case.

What choices are available to you regarding the use of your data.  Client’s have the choice to not use the credit card processing service.

The security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information.  Ron’s Process Service relies on the encryption and security software provided by Authorize.net and Total Merchant Concepts to ensure that the credit card processing will not be breached.  Ron’s Process Service has been assured that Authorize.net and Total Merchant Concepts provides the latest and most update encryption and security software available.

How you can correct any inaccuracies in the information.  Any inaccurate information provided by the client to Ron’s Process Service or inaccurate information imputed by Ron’s Process Service will be corrected, when determined to be inaccurate.

 

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing 

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Ron’s Process Service will not contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

 

Security

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

DELIVERY SHIPPING POLICY

Ron’s Process Service uses both USPS mail and email to contact the client during the process of service and to submit the original return of service/return of non-service of notarized return of service/return of non-service and invoice. In addition, when the client makes a payment on the website, an email receipt will be sent to the email address provided, and Ron’s Process Service will be sent a email with the transaction information (credit card number is last four digits and card type) Amount received and name on card, along with invoice #.  Ron’s Process Service records the payment and deletes the email.
